    These taste good, don’t have many ingredients, and are quick to make. 1LB Turkey1 egg ?1 tablespoon catsup1 tablespoon Soy Sauce1/4 cup bread crumbs( or used crunched up crackers).Mix all the ingredients together.put a small amount of oil in a fry pan.Make small patties. Fry a couple minutes on each side until cooked through.Enjoy!
